摘要
北五味子是传统的中药材,具有巨大的经济和药用价值。以高寒地区大兴安岭的野生北五味子成熟果实为材料,经愈伤组织诱导条件筛选后,激素组合为6-BA 2.0 mg·L^(-1)+NAA0.2 mg·L^(-1)+IBA 0.3 mg·L^(-1);高浓度的6-BA对于芽的诱导十分有效,在6-BA含量为5.0 mg·L^(-1)和6.0 mg·L^(-1)时,下胚轴和子叶的的芽分化率最高,分别为32.26%和26.09%;1mg·L^(-1)和3 mg·L^(-1)的Ag NO3可以将下胚轴和子叶的芽分化率分别提高到35.84%和29.13%。
Schisandra chinensis is a traditional Chinese medicine, with enormous economic and medicinal value. In this paper, the wild ripe fruits of Schisandra chinensis in Daxinganling alpine region were used as materials, the hormone com-bination was 6 - BA 2. 0 mg ·L ^-1 + NAA 0. 2 mg · L ^-1 + IBA 0. 3 mg· L ^-1 ; high concentration of 6 - BA for bud induction is very effective, when the content of 6 - BA was 5. 0 mg· L ^-1 and 6. 0 mg · L ^-1 , the highest rate of bud differentia-tion of hypocotyls could reach 32. 26% , and when the content of 6 - BA was 6. 0 mg · L ^-1 , the highest rate of bud differ-entiation of cotyledons could reach 26. 09%. Through 1 mg · L^-1 of the AgN03, the bud differentiation rate of hypocotyls could be increased to 35. 84% , and through 3 mg · L ^-1 of the AgN03 , the bud differentiation rate of cotyledons could be increased to 29. 13%.
