摘要
目的:研制核医学成像设备SPECT质量控制测试系统软件,以满足SPECT设备质量控制需求。方法:以NEMA NU1-2007标准为依据,按照标准中相应的数据处理方法,建立各指标测试数据的处理分析模型,采用程序模块化设计、软件跨平台运行设计以及检测报告自动生成等技术实现软件系统。结果:SPECT质量控制检测系统的设计可实现主要性能指标固有均匀性、固有空间线性、固有空间分辨率、平面系统灵敏度、平面系统空间分辨率、断层空间分辨率和全身扫描空间分辨率等指标检测数据的处理分析。结论:该系统具有良好的稳定性、可靠性和输出结果的准确性,且操作简便易行;可配套国产通用SPECT性能检测模体套装,应用于不同厂商、不同型号的SPECT性能测试,既可满足年度状态检测需求,还可用于各医院的常规SPECT质量控制检测工作。
Objective To meet the supervision demands of SPECT annual inspection, this workdeveloped the quality control and performance test system software for nuclear medicine imagingequipment. Methods: According to data processing method in NEMA NU1-2007, the process andanalysis models of all the indicators were established. Then this software system was developedwith various technologies, including program modularization design, multiplatform software designand automatic generation of testing reports. Results: The test data for all the indicators, includingintrinsic uniformity, intrinsic spatial linearity, intrinsic spatial resolution, planar system sensitivity,planar system spatial resolution, reconstructed image spatial resolution and body scanning spatial resolution, weresuccessfully processed and analyzed. Conclusion: The system has excellent responsibility and stability, high result veracityand good user-friendliness. It can be applied to different types of SPECTs from different factories when supported by thedomestic universal SPECT performance test model package. The system not only fulfilled the annual inspection supervisionrequirements of the government, but also could be used in the routine SPECT quality control and detection in hospitals.
