随着我国社会经济的发展,信息资源已经成为企事业单位和政府部门的重要资产,其重要性已经可以与人财物相提并论.由于历史原因,大多数企事单位和政府部门内部的数据分散在各个应用系统中,从数据的采集、管理到使用,都存在诸多问题,不利于发挥数据的价值,因此亟待整合.阐述了企业和政府部门内部信息资源分布现状、信息资源整合目标、基础方法论、信息资源整合常用方法和技术等,并以实际案例说明了信息资源整合的效果.

With the development of Chinas society and economy, information resources have become an important asset of enterprises and government departments, Its importance can be comparable to the human and material resources. Due to historical reasons, the data of most enterprises and government departments are scattered in different applications in connection to such problems as data collection, management and use, which is not conducive to maximize the value of data, and therefore such data need to be integrated. This paper discusses the distribution of internal information resources from enterprises and government departments, the integration objectives of information resources, the primary methodology, commonly used methods and techniques for information resource integration, and illustrates with practical examples the effects of the integration of information resources.
