综合护理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention on diarrhea in children

目的探讨综合护理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用效果。方法 80例腹泻患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,实施综合护理干预。评价2组临床疗效,观察临床症状改善时间,治疗期间腹泻、尿量情况,及患儿家属满意度。结果观察组临床总有效率为97.5%(39/40),高于对照组的80.0%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状改善时间、腹泻次数均显著少于对照组(P<0.01),尿量显著多于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组患儿家属满意率为95.0%(38/40),高于对照组的70.0%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对小儿腹泻患儿实施综合护理干预,能够明显提高临床疗效,改善临床症状,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing care of children with diarrhea. Methods A total of 80 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional nursing and the comprehensive nursing intervention was provided to the observation group additionally. The curative effect was evaluated, and the symptom improved time, incidence of diarrhea, urine volume and satisfaction degrees of parents to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 97.5% in the observation group and was 80. 0% in the control group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The observation group had shorter symptom improved time, lower incidence of diarrhea and higher averaged urine volume compared with the control group （P 〈0. 01） . The nursing satisfaction rate was 95.0% in parents of children from the observation group and was 70. 0% in the control group （P 〈0. 01 ） . Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for children with diarrhea can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and clinical symptoms.
