摘要
目的总结超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切系统治疗乳房肿物的护理体会。方法回顾性分析257例乳房肿物患者的临床资料,患者均满足超声引导下麦默通手术指征,总结围手术期间护理配合要点。结果 257例患者274枚肿物均切除干净,术后超声诊断提示无残留,无感染或血肿患者。结论优质的围手术期护理有助于手术的顺利完成,对促进患者术后康复具有积极意义。
Objective To summarize the nursing measures on breast masses resection by ultrasound-guided Mammotome system. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical date of 257 patients with breast masses. ALL patients received the breast masses resection by ultrasound-guided Mammotome system. The nursing management during perioperative period was summarized. Results A total of 274 cases breast masses from 257 patients were removed successfully,and the diagnosis showed no residual after operation. There was no patients with incision infection and hematoma of breast after operation. Conclusion High quality of perioperative nursing care is conducive to the successful completion of the surgery,and can promote the postoperative recovery of patients.
