摘要
目的探讨危重症患者肠内营养的护理方法。方法回顾性分析60例接受肠内营养的危重症患者临床资料,记录患者肠内营养护理方法和治疗结局。结果 60例患者死亡2例,平均住院时间为(14.4±1.2)d。并发症方面,出现感染性并发症10例、胃肠道并发症3例、代谢性并发症3例,并发症发生率26.7%。结论危重症患者肠内营养辅以相应的输液护理、导管护理、并发症和心理护理对减少并发症发生,促进患者早日康复具有重要作用。
Objective To discuss the nursing management on enteral nutrition in critically ill patients. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 60 critically ill. All patients received enteral nutrition support and corresponding nursing measures. Results Of 60 patients, 2 cases were dead, and the averaged length of stay was (14. 4 ± 1. 2) d. The overall incidence of complication was 26.1% , with 10 cases of infectious complication, 3 cases of gastrointestinal complications and 3 cases of metabolic complications. Conclusion During the enteral nutrition support for critically ill patients, corresponding nursing measures on transfusion, indwelling catheter, complication and mental status should be carried out carefully, in order to reduce the risk of complication and promote the rehabilitation.
