压疮管理小组在压疮护理中的应用效果观察

目的探讨压疮管理小组在压疮护理中的应用效果。方法 126例住院患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组常规住院护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用压疮管理小组对其进行管理。观察2组护理干预后压疮发生情况,比较2组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果干预后,观察组压疮发生率为12.69%,显著低于对照组的36.51%(P<0.01);观察组SAS和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论压疮管理小组可以有效降低压疮发生率,改善患者情绪。

Objective To observe the effect of pressure ulcer management team in prevention and nursing care of pressure ulcer. Methods A total of 126 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 63 cases in each group. Both two groups received conventional nursing care, and the observation group was given interventions provided by pressure ulcer management team. The incidence of pressure ulcer was compared between two groups, and the mental status of patients was evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer was 12. 9 6 % in the observation group and was 36. 51% in the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈0. 01） . the observation group had lower score of SAS and SDS compared with the control group after intervention （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Application of pressure ulcer management team can reduce the risk of pressure ulcer and improve the negative emotion in hospitalized patients.
