苏州社区居民对中医药适宜技术的知晓和应用情况调查

Investigation on awareness and usage of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology for community residents in Suzhou

目的调查苏州社区居民对中医适宜技术知晓及应用现状。方法随机选取2016年1—4月苏州市中医医院定点开展中医护理外延服务的两个社区居民156名作为研究对象,采用医院自拟的问卷调查表收集数据。结果应用与未应用中医护理技术的社区居民在性别、年龄、文化程度和收入水平方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),刮痧、拔火罐及艾灸技术在社区居民中知晓率和应用率较高,分别为82.69%和67.44%,82.05和56.25%,64.74%和60.64%。结论中医适宜技术在社区居民中有一定知晓度,但是各中医技术知晓和应用程度存在差异,有待进一步应用及推广。

mObjective To investigate the awareness and usage of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology for community residents in Suzhou. Methods A total of 156 residents from two communities in Suzhou who participated in the extension service of traditional Chinese medicine nursing activities between January 2016 and April 2016 were selected as research subjects. The general information and awareness of Chinese medicine appropriate technology were investigated by using self-made questionnaire. Results There was no significant difference in gender, age, education level and income level between residents with usage of extension service and those without usage of extension service （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Scraping therapy, cupping therapy and moxibustion were most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine technologies. The awareness and usage rate was 82. 6 9 % and 67. 4 4 % in scraping therapy, 82.05 and 56.25% in cupping therapy, 64.74% and 60.64% in moxibustion, respectively. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology has a certain popularity in Community-based residents in this study. More effort should be made to promote the application of Traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology.
