摘要
基于ANSYS针对永磁接触器的操作机构进行了温度场分析。先对永磁接触器的操作机构进行了热力学理论分析;考虑到永磁接触器与传统的电磁接触器的不同,基于ANSYS对永磁体进行了温度场分析;分析了温度场对永磁接触器动态特性的影响。
In this paper, a thermal analysis of the operating mechanism of permanent magnet (PM) contactor is carried out using ANSYS. Firstly, a theoretical thermodynamic analysis of the operating mechanism of PM contactor is made. Considering difference between the PM contactor and the traditional electromagnetic contactor, the temperature field of PM is analyzed using ANSYS. Finally, the influence of the temperature field on the dynamic characteristics of the PM contactor is analyzed.
