Simulation and structural optimization of thermal process in enameled oven with high speed

摘要 为改善高速漆包机烘炉出口漏风状况以满足漆包线生产要求,以FLUENT软件为计算平台,对高速漆包机烘炉中热风的流动过程进行数值模拟研究。结果表明:漆包线出口进风速度随着挡板推进深度的增加而增加,随波纹管波纹个数的减小,以及波纹间距、波纹折角的增大而增大;最优结构挡板深度170mm、波纹数20个、波纹间距65mm、波纹折角150°,此时漆包线出口进风v=2.07m/s,漆包线出口漏风状况有了明显的改善。 In order to improve the outlet air leakage in enameled oven with high speed to meet the production requirements of enameled wire, hot air flow process in enameled oven with high speed was studied by numerical simulation based on fluid dynamics computational software Fluent. Results showed that enameled line inlet velocity of outlet increased with the increasing of baffle structure depth, corrugated spacing, and waviness folding angle; increased with the decreasing of ripple num-ber. Optimal structure baffle structure depth was 170mm, ripple number was 20, corrugated spacing was 65mm, waviness folding angle was 150 degrees, then enameled line inlet velocity of outlet was 2. 07m/s, comparing to the air leakage velocity of 2. 32m/s, optimized paint package line outlet air leakage has been significantly improved.
