摘要
乏汽的回收利用可有效地提高钢铁企业热电厂的热效率,对钢铁企业的节能减排和降低成本具有重要意义。根据梅山钢铁热电厂的特点,设计了一套乏汽回收装置,通过对其进行48h的实验测量,得到乏汽与冷凝水在该装置内混合换热后可产生热水约140t/h,最高水温可达96℃,冷凝水升温60.3℃,每年可为梅钢节省7540.5tce,节省水资源95812.3t,具有明显的节能效果。
Exhaust steam recovery and reuse can improve the thermal efficiency of the power plant in steel plant, which is beneficial to the steel plants energy conservation and emission reduction, as well as cost reduction. Based on the characters of power plant of Meishan steel plant, a set of exhaust steam recovery system was designed. A 48h experimental measurement was done to it, and the results show that after the mixed heat transfer between the exhaust steam and condensation, there is about 140t hot water generated in it per hour. The temperature of the hot water can reach up to 96℃ , and the value of the condensation temperature rise is 60. 3℃. This exhaust steam recovery system can help Meishan steel plant save standard coal 7540. 5t, and water 95812. 3t. , which shows it has energy saving effect obviously.
