摘要
高炉炉料的周期性变化是TRT装置顶压控制系统主回路中的主要扰动因素。文章介绍的TRT控制顶压系统使用了3H-TRT控制算法,为TRT装置顶压控制系统设计了带有前馈性质的手动预判算法,实施后证明较于传统PID控制方法可抑制高炉炉料周期性变化对高炉顶压的影响,使得顶压波动更小,发电量也有提高。
The periodic change of furnace burden was a major interference factor in main - loop of TRT top pressure control system. The 3H - TRT control algorithm was introduced in the paper, designed a manual prejudging algorithm for TRT top pressure control system. Compared with traditional PID, its application could constrain the effect of periodic change of burden on furnace top pressure, weakening top pressure fluctuation and improving electricity.
