质子泵抑制剂在胃癌治疗中的作用及机制 被引量：3

摘要 质子泵抑制剂(PPI)被广泛应用于胃癌并发症的治疗,但其对胃癌细胞本身的影响目前尚不明确。PPI一方面可以通过抗炎、抗氧化、抗血管生成和提高肿瘤的化学治疗敏感性等作用,抑制肿瘤的生长;另一方面又可诱导胃泌素分泌,介导环氧合酶-2(COX-2)等致癌因子的激活,从而促进肿瘤细胞的生存和浸润。这一过程可能涉及肿瘤细胞内部酸平衡的紊乱以及Wnt/β-catenin、JAK2/STAT3与PI3K/Akt信号通路的异常。阐明PPI对胃癌细胞本身的影响将有助于进一步完善胃癌的诊疗策略。
