摘要
基本农田是粮食生产和发展过程中最重要的生产要素,而其生态服务价值是基本农田生态服务功能的货币化表现形式,量化基本农田生态服务价值不仅是市场经济等价交换的客观要求,也是基本农田保护的有力措施。本文通过梳理生态系统服务价值的测算方法,选择市场价值量估算法对上海市基本农田生态服务价值进行实证测算,测算得出2013年上海市基本农田生态服务价值为39.06亿元,同时从空间维度对其进行分析,结果可为上海市构建基本农田生态补偿路径提供参考,同时对构建生态价值补偿机制具有指导作用。
Farmland provides key ecosystem services by supporting food production and development processes. The quantification of ecosystem services is designed to value not only the objective requirements of market exchange, but also effective measures for protecting prime farmland. This paper summarizes calculation methods for valuing ecosystem services and applies the method to a case study of prime farmland in Shanghai. The results not only provide a reference for establishing an ecological compensation path, but also provide new directions into building ecological compensation mechanisms.
