急性心梗患者不同路径行PCI手术治疗的护理体会及患者康复情况比较

目的总结急性心梗患者经股动脉和桡动脉行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)的护理经验,并比较患者的康复效果。方法根据手术路径的不同,分为股动脉组和桡动脉组,2组患者采取相应的护理措施。手术完成后,比较2组患者的短期康复情况。结果股动脉组和桡动脉组在手术完成情况方面,如在第1次球囊扩张时间、X线透视时间和手术成率3方面比较,差异均无统计学意义。但在术后康复情况方面,2组除动静脉瘘发生率差异无统计学意义,其他项目如假性动脉瘤、血管迷走反射、皮肤血肿、腰背酸痛、大便干燥和住院时间多方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。如以患者术后出现腰背酸痛情况为例,股动脉组和桡动脉组的几率分别为1.56%和43.48%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取经桡动脉行PCI手术,患者康复情况更为理想。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of percutaneous coronary intervention （coronary intervention, PCI） in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention （percutaneous） and to compare the effect of rehabilitation.Methods According to the different surgical approaches, the 2 groups were divided into femoral artery group and radial artery group, and the corresponding nursing measures were adopted in the groups. After the operation, the short-term recovery of the 2 groups were compared.Results The main indicators of the data. There was no significant difference in the operation of femoral artery and radial artery in 3 aspects, such as thefirst times of balloon dilation, X-ray time and the rate of operation, the difference was not statistically significant. But in the postoperative rehabilitation condition, on the other hand, two groups in addition to arteriovenousfistula probability differences had no statistical significance and other items such as false aneurysm, vascular fans walking reflex, skin hematoma, low back pain, stool dry and hospitalization time in many aspects, the differences were statistical science significance （P〈0.05）. As to patients with postoperative appear low back pain, for example, femoral artery group and radial artery group of probability were 1.56% and 43.48%, two groups compared with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Take by transradial PCI surgery and rehabilitation of patients are more ideal.
