Solutions to Difficulties in Network Training for Professionals' Continuing Education——Based on the Case Study of an Online Training Platform:Anhui Continuing Education for Professionals Network Training

基于"安徽专业技术人员继续教育在线"平台开展安徽省专业技术人员网络培训的实践,梳理总结了网络培训实施过程中面临的资源更新、质量监控、管理服务、成果认证等问题及困境,从政府主管部门、培训机构、用人单位、培训主体等多方面切入,提出破解办法。

The practice of professionals network training in Anhui province has been adopted based on the platform of ＂Anhui Continuing Education for Professionals Network Training＂. This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems and difficulties in carrying out the network training, including resource renewal, quality monitoring, management service, outcomes accreditation and so on, then proposes the solutions from government authorities, training organizations, employing units and other aspects.
