摘要 为满足一线教师的专业发展和教育信息化培训需求,利用问卷调查法和访谈法深度挖掘教师信息化培训现状与真实需求,基于需求分析基础之上设计开发了教师APP培训平台,实现资源共享、课程培训、交流反馈三大模块功能,基于APP平台的培训课程与活动分线上与线下两部分,构建了教师混合培训新模式。 In order to satisfy the teachers' professional development and education informatization training needs, the paper tries to dig out the teachers' informatization training situation and real demand by using the method of questionnaire and interview. Based on demand analysis, the teacher APP training platform is designed and developed, aiming to realize the functions of three modules, i.e. resource sharing, course training and communication feedback. In addition, training courses and activities based on the APP platform includes two parts, online and offline, and then the new model of teacher blended training is constructed.
