产业集聚对工业经济的增长是否存在地区与工业类型差异性?

Does There Exist Regional Difference and Industrial Type Difference about Industrial Agglomeration on Industrial Economic Growth?

由于地区差异性与工业类型差异性的存在,不同类型的产业集聚对工业经济增长的影响会有所不同,把一国所有地区、所有工业综合起来实证检验产业集聚与工业经济增长的关系就会忽视地理区域与工业类型差异所带来的影响。本文通过构建空间面板模型对我国三个地区的两个工业类型分别予以实证,结果显示:全国范围内,多样化的产业集聚与区域企业的竞争不利于低技术工业的增长,专业化的产业集聚则有利于高技术工业的增长;专业化产业集聚不仅对中部与西部地区低技术工业类型的增长存在正向作用,同时也有利于三个地区高技术工业类型的增长,而多样化的产业集聚仅对中部与西部地区低技术工业类型存在着负向作用,区域企业的竞争则不利于东西部地区低技术工业类型的增长。

Due to the differences in geographical features and industrial type,the effects of industrial agglomeration on industrial economic growth will be different. The relationship between industrial agglomeration of industrial economic growth will be offset if all regions of the country and the types of the industry are considered as a whole. The article gives an empirical analysis of the two industrial types of China＇s three regions by constructing the spatial panel model. The empirical results show： across the country,the diversification of industrial agglomeration and regional enterprise competition is not conducive to the growth of low- tech industry,the specialization of industrial agglomeration is conducive to the growth of high technology industry; the specialization of industrial agglomeration is conducive not only to low-tech industry in the central and western regions,but also to the high technology industry in the three regions; the diversification of industrial agglomeration only has a negative effect on the low-tech industry in the central region and the western region;regional enterprise competition is not conducive to the low-tech industry not only in the eastern regions but also in the western regions.
