企业知识超循环流图研究

Research on Hyper Cycle Flow Chart of Enterprise Knowledge

在回顾中外有关知识价值链研究成果的基础上,本文界定了企业知识价值链管理的内涵,分析了企业知识价值链管理中的超循环特征,构建了企业知识超循环体系,并进行了系统动力学描述分析,以期为企业内部控制的运行机制步入自动繁殖与进化的超循环体系提供借鉴。

Through a review of research achievements at home and abroad on knowledge value chain,the paper defined the connotation of enterprise knowledge value chain management,analyzed the hyper-cycle characteristics in enterprise knowledge value chain management,built hyper-cycle system of enterprise knowledge and carried out system dynamics analysis in order to provide reference for running the enterprise internal control into the automatic reproduction and evolution of hyper-cycle system.
