摘要
目的研究Rho亚家族蛋白B（RhoB）／相关卷曲螺旋形成蛋白激酶1（Rock1）、相关卷曲螺旋形成蛋白激酶2（Rock2）在子痫前期（preeclampsia，PE）患者的胎盘组织中的表达及意义。方法收集30例子痫前期患者的胎盘组织及20例正常晚期妊娠患者的胎盘组织，采用免疫组织化学法检测两组胎盘组织中的RhoB／Rock1、Rock2蛋白分子的表达定位及差异。结果RhoB、Rock1、Rock2蛋白分子在子痫前期组中的表达显著高于在正常晚期妊娠组中的表达（P〈0．05）。结论RhoB、Rock1、Rock2蛋白分子，可能通过引起滋养细胞的凋亡、抑制滋养细胞的增殖、迁徙，降低了滋养细胞的功能等，参与子痫前期发病。
Objective To study the expression of RhoB and Rock1/Rock2 in placenta tissue of patients with preeclampsia （PE） and its clinical significance. Methods Placenta tissue of 30 cases of PE and 20 normal puerpera undergoing cesarean section delivery were collected, the location and expression of RhoB and Rock1/ Rock2 of two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry. Result The expression levels of RhoB, Rock1, and Rock2 in PE group were significantly higher than those in normal group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions RhoB and Rock1/Rock2 signal pathway highly expressed in placenta tissue of PE group, may cause the apoptosis of trophoblast, inhibit the proliferation and migration of trophoblast cells, and depress its function, resulting in preeclampsia.
