氟比洛芬酯联合甲磺酸罗哌卡因缓解胆囊切除术后痛感的效果

The effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with Ropivacaine mesylate to alleviate pain after cholecystectomy

目的探讨氟比洛芬酯联合甲磺酸罗哌卡因应用于缓解胆囊切除术后痛感的疗效及相关性。方法选取本院普通外科2011年1月至2015年10月收治的213例腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者为本次研究对象，采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组（107例）及对照组（106例），两组患者均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，对照组术前注射甲磺罗哌卡因，观察组术前注射氟比洛芬酯联合甲磺酸罗哌卡因，采取视觉模拟评分，观察比较两组患者术后2、4、8、12、24h的镇痛评分、疼痛评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的术后2、4、8、12、24h疼痛评分均显著低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P=0．0000）。对照组的不良反应发生率为39．62％，显著高于观察组的17．76％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=3．8496，P=0．0498）。结论为胆囊切除术后患者注射氟比洛芬酯联合甲磺酸罗哌卡因能够显著缓解患者的术后痛感，镇痛效果良好，且不良反应发生率低，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect offlurbiprofen axetil combined with Ropivacaine mesylate to alleviate pain after cholecystectomy. Methods 213 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in general surgery of our hospital from January 2011 to October 2015 were selected as the research object, and divided into observation group （107 cases） and control group （106 cases） with the random number table method. Control group received preoperative injection of Ropivacaine mesylate, and observation group received preoperative injection of flurbiprofen axetil combined with Ropivacaine mesylate. With visual analogue score, observed and compared analgesia score, pain score, the incidence of adverse reactions 2, 4, 8, 12, 24 h after operation between two groups. Results Pain score in observation group 2, 4, 8, 12, 24 h after operation were significantly lower than those in control group, with statistically significant differences （P=-0.0000）. The incidence of adverse reactions in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group （39.62% vs.17.76%）, with statistically significant difference （t=3.8496, P=0.0498）. Conclusion Preoperative injection of flurbiprofen axetil combined with Ropivacaine mesylate can significantly alleviate the pain for patients after cholecystectomy, with good analgesic effect and low incidence of adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
