摘要
目的研究降纤酶对急性脑梗死患者凝血功能及神经功能的影响。方法选择2013年5月至2015年5月来本院就诊的120例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组60例。观察组给予降纤酶治疗,对照组给予常规方案治疗。观察两组治疗前后凝血和神经功能变化情况。结果观察组治疗第2d凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)显著高于治疗前和同期对照组水平,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组治疗后纤维蛋白原(Fg)显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组治疗后轻度神经功能缺损患者显著多于对照组(60.00%vs.36.67%),重度神经功能缺损患者显著少于对照组(5.00%vs.20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论降纤酶可显著改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损状态,降低Fg水平,发挥抗凝作用,安全性较高。
Objective To study the effect of defibrase on coagulation function and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital between May 2013 and May 2015 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with defibrase, while control group was treated with routine regimen. The changes of blood coagulation and neurological function in two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results On the 2nd day of treatment, prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) of observation group were significantly longer than those before treatment and those of control group at the same time (P〈0.05). After treatment, fibrinogen (Fg) of observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment (P〈0.05). After treatment, the rate of mild neurological impairment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (60.00% vs.36.67%), and the rate of severe neurological impairment was significantly lower than that in control group (5.00% vs.20.00%) (P〈0.05). Conclusion Defibrase can significantly relieve the state of neurological impairment in patients with acute cerebral infarction, reduce the level of Fg, and plays an anticoagulant role, with relatively higher safety.
