摘要
以漳州传统饮食文化中的特色小吃为焦点,发现漳州传统小吃具有海洋性、地域性等特点,并且阐述了小吃的名称、外形、习俗及文化内涵,以期为漳州传统小吃的对外宣传,特别是英译及国际传播奠定基础,推动传统饮食文化多样性的传承和保护;响应国家"文化先行"的"海丝"旅游发展号召,为漳州旅游品牌发展战略贡献一份力量。
Focus on Zhangzhou local snacks as a specific of zhangzhou traditional catering, the thesis is in search for the characteristics and cultural connotation of zhangzhou local snacks soas to make a foundation of translation and international propaganda of zhangzhou local snacks as well as to devote effort to the inheritance and protection of the variety of traditional catering for the development of zhangzhou tourism in the “Southern Fujian cultural circle and sea road ”.
