地方本科院校新生UPI调查分析

An Analysis on Mental Health of Local University Freshman with UPI

为进一步了解地方本科院校新生的心理健康状况及影响因素,有针对性的开展心理健康教育和服务,对武夷学院2014级3702名新生运用大学生人格健康调查问卷(UPI)进行心理测查,结果表明一类二类学生检出率为36.01%,心理困扰主要集中在强迫症状、人际交往、情绪、和神经衰弱上,并发现性别、是否独生子女、是否学生干部和报考满意度这些因素影响着学生的心理健康状况。在此基础上提出高校应重视在校学生心理健康状况、采取建立心理档案并完善心理危机干预制度、发挥心理健康教育课程第一课堂主渠道作用、开展团体辅导以及营造和谐校园文化等措施。

To further understand the mental health status and its influencing factors of local undergraduate college freshmen, to develop targeted mental health education and services, the paper analyses Wuyi University 2014 grade 3702 freshmen through University Personality Inventory （UPI） . The results show that the rate of type one an type two is 36.01%, psychological distress mainly concentrated in obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal, emotion, and neurasthenia, and found that gender, only child or not, student cadres or not and the enrollment satisfaction that affect the psychological health of students. On this basis, it puts forward that colleges and universities should pay close attention to college students＇ psychological health status and establish psychological profile and improve system of psychological crisis intervention, give full play to mental health education curriculum, carry out group counseling and create a harmonious campus culture.
