“非传统安全观”视域下的普通高校国防教育创新刍议

On the Innovative Instruction of National Defense in China Higher Education From Non-traditional Security Perspective

当前国家安全形势日益复杂,安全威胁不再局限于传统领域,非传统安全对国家安全的威胁日益凸显,成为国防不容忽视的重要组成部分。将非传统安全教育引入普通高校课堂,有助于国防教育紧扣新安全观的变化、更加具有现实性、与地方院校专业教育形成交叉点和专职教师的职业发展。对此,建议在教学大纲中增加非传统安全的教育内容、进行相应的教材建设和教师培训、结合学生专业丰富教育形式并强调以爱国主义为主题对非传统安全与传统安全教育的结合。

The current situation of national security is becoming increasingly complex. The security threat is no longer limited to traditional areas, and non-traditional security threats are growing, which should not be ignored as an important part of the national defense. Involving non -traditional security education into the ordinary university classroom can help the defense education relate closely to the change of the new security concept, become more realistic, achieve junctions with the professional education in the ordinary universities and the full-time teachers＇ professional development. Thus, it is suggested to increase in non-traditional security education contents in the syllabus, construct the corresponding teaching material and teacher training, enrich the instruction forms with professional education, and combine non-traditional security with traditional safety education under patriotism theme.
