摘要
目的探讨基于网络通信平台的翻转课堂在《刺法灸法学》课程教学中的应用和效果。方法将全日制针灸推拿学专业大四本科学生80名随机分为基于网络通信平台的翻转课堂教学组(实验组,n=40人)和传统讲授组(对照组,n=40人)。以客观理论考试、主观问卷调查、主观临床回访调查的分值做为观测指标,比较这两种教学方法的差异性。结果两组学生客观理论考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但实验组班级学习满意度、利于职业发展、利于提高学习质量(含基础知识、自学能力、主观能动性方面)以及临床思维培养均比对照组的分值高(P<0.05);实验组学生的临床适应能力、临床医患沟通能力、临床基本功(包括针灸康复科病史采集、大病历书写、刺法灸法治疗方案确定等方面)、带教教师对学生的满意度均比对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论基于网络通信平台的翻转课堂教学能更有效地激发学生学习热情、创新发散能力、培养职业兴趣和临床实践能力,进而更好地实现教与学的互动交流。
Objective To discuss the application and effects of the flipped classroom based on the network communication platform in the teaching of Law of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Methods We randomly divided 80 full-time senior students majoring in acupuncture, moxibustion and massage into the flipped classroom teaching group (experimental group based on the network communication platform, n - 40 ) and the traditional teaching group ( control group, = 4 0 ). We compared the two teaching appro-aches by using the scores of objective theory examination, subjective questionnaire survey, and subjective clinical follow-up as the observation indexes. Results The two groups of students did not differ significantly in objective theory test scores (P 〉0. 05 ). However, the experimental group outscored the control group in learning satisfaction, career development, improvement of the quality of study (including basic knowledge, self-learning ability, and initiative) , and cultivation of clinical thinking ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The experimental group also significantly outperformed the control group in clinical adaptation ability, clinical physicianpatient communication skills, basic clinical skills ( such as medical history collection of acupuncture rehabilitation, major medical record writing, and thorn moxibustion method to determine treatment plan ) , as well as the teacher s satisfaction o f the students ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching based on the network communication plat form can ef fect ively stimulate students "enthusiasm for learning , develop creative and divergent abilities , cult ivate vocational interest and clinical practice ability , thus better realizing teacher-student interaction.
