摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂在临床医学专业小儿外科教学中的作用。方法选取南方医科大学临床医学专业五年制学生共140人,随机分为两组,各70人,一组采用翻转课堂教学法(实验组),另一组采用传统教学法(对照组);实施教学后采用问卷调查和试卷测试的方式对两组学生的教学效果进行评价。结果翻转课堂在提高学生的学习兴趣、对课程满意度、对课程的内容掌握程度及学习成绩等方面均高于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿外科教学中采用翻转教学可以提高学生的学习兴趣,加强学生对课程内容的理解,提高学生的学习成绩,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the role of the flipped classroom in pediatric surgery for clinical medical students. Methods We recruited 140 students of five-year clinical medicine program from Southern Medical University and randomly divided them into two groups,each group with 70 students. One group received the flipped classroom teaching( the experimental group),and the other group used the traditional classroom teaching( the control group). We evaluated the teaching effects in the two groups by questionnaire and test after the experiment. Results Flipped classroom teaching could significantly help improve the students ' interest in learning,course satisfaction,mastery of the course content,and test score compared with the traditional teaching approach( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Introducing the flipped classroom in pediatric surgery teaching can increase students' interest in learning,promote their deep understanding of course content,and improve their academic performance. Therefore,this new teaching mode is worth popularizing.
