摘要
我国的肝脏移植在近十几年的时间里迅速发展,涌现出一批优秀的移植医师,无论是外科技术还是术后管理均已成熟,国内具备相应资质开展肝脏移植的医疗单位也在逐渐增加。因此,如何进一步培养一批年轻的肝脏移植外科医师对我国肝脏移植事业的持续发展具有重大意义。
In recent 10 years,rapid development in liver transplantation has been achieved in our country. A group of outstanding transplantation surgeons are emerging; surgical techniques and postoperative management have become mature; and domestic medical institutions qualified to carry out liver transplantation are also gradually increasing. Therefore, how to produce a group of young surgeons specializing in liver transplantation is of great significance for the sustainable development of liver transplantation in China.
