混料设计在6061铝合金激光焊预置Al-Si-Ni粉末中的应用

摘要 为了改善铝合金激光焊存在的吸收率低和表面凹陷等缺点,采用激光熔覆预置粉末与激光焊相结合的方式,以Al,Si,Ni 3种粉末混合为预置粉末,采用混料设计的原理进行配方设计,研究混合粉末对焊缝成形、显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,混合粉末配比的最佳方案为Al∶Si∶Ni=0.737∶0.185∶0.078,预置该粉末得到的焊缝组织均匀,显微硬度在HV 80~90。 In order to suppress the defects such as the low absorption rate and the surface depression in the laser welding of aluminum alloy,laser cladding is combined with laser welding in experiments. Al,Si and Ni powders were mixed as a preset powder,and their compositions were optimized by using mixture design. The influences of cladding powder on weld formability,microstructure and hardness were studied.The research results show that the optimal composition of the mixed powder is Al∶ Si∶ Ni = 0. 737∶ 0. 185∶ 0. 078. The weld microstructure is uniform and the weld has a micro-hardness of HV 80 ~ 90.
