摘要
为了发掘与利用小麦白粉病抗性种质资源,利用华北地区小麦白粉菌菌株E09对98份小麦亲本材料和14份山西省中部晚熟冬麦区水地组区域试验参试新品系进行了苗期白粉病抗性鉴定。结果表明,在供试的98份小麦亲本材料中,对E09免疫、中抗的亲本分别占6.1%和4.1%,感病亲本占89.8%;14份省区域试验新品系中感病品种占64.3%,中抗品种占35.7%,参试品种中缺少高抗白粉病小麦品种(系)。
To explore and utilize wheat powdery mildew resistance germplasm resources, the northern region wheat powdery mildew isolates E09 seedling resistance to powdery mildew of 98 wheat parent materials and 14 germplasm lines in late-maturing winter wheat regional test water area of central Shanxi province were identified. The results showed that in the experiment of 98 wheat parent materials, immune to powdery mildew, middle resistance were 6.1% and 4.1%, respectively, and susceptible were 89.8%. Among the 14 germplasm lines, the susceptible lines accounted for 64.3%, and the resistant lines were 35.7%, the immune and high resistant varieties were not found.
