硒是人体所必需的微量元素之一,缺硒会导致多种疾病的发生。植物是人体吸收硒的主要来源,开发富硒农产品对提高人类健康水平和发展生态农业意义重大。高粱是我国传统酿造业、饲料加工业、保健食品行业主要或极具潜力的重要原料,开发富硒高粱前景广阔。在对富硒农产品开发意义、富硒农产品研究现状及富硒高粱开发前景进行科学分析的基础上,提出了富硒高粱开发的研究方向。

In this paper, on the basis of the scientific analysis of selenium rich agricuhural products development significance, Se agricultural products research status and selenium enriched sorghum development prospects, the research direction of development at sorghum rich in selenium is put forward.
