抄取无石棉密封垫片的打浆设计及性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用抄取法制备无石棉胶乳密封垫片的过程中,纤维的分布形态对垫片性能有很大影响。设计了一个均匀实验表,确定4个自变量以及在自变量范围内的10个水平的工艺设计方案,对所制备的垫片进行了压缩回弹率及拉伸强度性能测试,并采用多重线性回归方法研究了各工艺参数与压缩回弹率及拉伸强度的关系。结果表明:打浆比压、打浆质量分数、打浆频率对垫片的性能影响很大。同时对垫片表面采用电镜测试得到SEM图,从测试结果可以看出,纤维分布形态与打浆工艺参数有着密切的联系。最后采用多目标优化函数对工艺参数进行了优化。 The physical state of fiber had a great influence on the performance of the gasket by the beater-addition process. A uniform experiment table was designed which contained 4 independent variables and 10 level of the process program. In order to study the performance of these gaskets, the compressive property and recovery, tensile strength were experimented. And the method of multiple linear regression was used to study the correlations between the compressive property and recovery, tensile strength and the process parameters. The conclusions can be obtained that the refining pressure, concentration and frequency had a great influence on the performance of the gasket. The SEM figure of gasket surface was tested. It can be seen from the test results that there was close connection between the physical state of fiber and refining process parameters. Finally the multi-objective optimization function was adopted to optimize these parameters.
