摘要
利用小锥角旋流器对朝阳膨润土进行提纯,并通过阳离子交换量和X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对提纯产品进行分析研究。球团实验结果表明,朝阳膨润土较钙基膨润土和人工钠化膨润土能大幅提高生球爆裂温度,满足冶金球团用膨润土的要求。
Chaoyang bentonite was purified using small taper angle hydrocyclone and the characteristics of Chaoyang bentonite were studied by CEC and XRD. The pelletizing result shows that Chaoyang bentonite has higher decrepitation temperature of green pellet than calcium bentonite and artificial sodium bentonite. It can meet the requirements of pellet.
