摘要 在通过单矿物浮选试验、Zeta电位测试考察pH值及捕收剂用量对蛇纹石和黄铜矿浮选回收率影响的基础上,采用人工混合矿浮选试验考察蛇纹石含量与粒度对黄铜矿回收率的影响,并对其机理进行分析。结果表明,蛇纹石与黄铜矿的零电点分别为9.7和5.4,随着矿浆pH值的增大,蛇纹石和黄铜矿的ζ电位电负性增强;p H值为7时,丁基钠黄药用量对蛇纹石回收率影响不大,最高为12.3%,黄铜矿回收率随丁基钠黄药用量的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势,最高为88.03%;颗粒之间的吸附是造成黄铜矿与蛇纹石浮选过程中交互影响的重要原因,蛇纹石的含量以及粒度很大程度上影响了黄铜矿的浮选质量。 On the basis of a single mineral flotation tests, zeta potential test of pH value and collector dosage impact on serpentine and chalcopyrite flotation recovery, through the artificial mixed mineral flotation test, serpentine content and granularity effect on chalcopyrite recovery rate was studied, and the mechanism was analyzed. Results show, serpentine and chalcopyrite zero point were 9.7 and 5.4, with the increase of the ore pulp pH value, serpentine and chalcopyrite zeta potential of electronegativity enhanced; pH=7, dosage of sodium butyl xanthate has little effect on serpentine recorvery, upto 12.3%, with the increase of amount of sodium butyl xanthate, recovery rate of chalcopyrite first increased and then decreased, up to 88.03%; The adsorption between the particles is an important cause of the interaction in the process of flotation of chalcopyrite and serpentine, serpentine content and particle size has great influence on the quality of flotation of chalcopyrite.
