两性碳氟表面活性剂在工业酸性水中对Q235钢的缓蚀性浅析

摘要 本文主要针对两性碳氟表面活性剂C_8F_(17)在1.0mol/L的盐酸中对金属缓蚀性能以及缓蚀机理的分析。通过静态失重法、电化学阻抗谱法、极化曲线法、扫描电镜法(SEM)等方法对金属的腐蚀速率、缓蚀效率、腐蚀机理及腐蚀的形貌进行研究。通过静态失重法发现,在盐酸介质中C_8F_(17)对Q235钢的缓蚀效率达90%以上,利用电化学阻抗谱法和极化曲线法通过拟合的数据计算缓蚀效率高达90%以上。可见,C_8F_(17)在盐酸中对Q235这种普通碳钢是具有一定的缓蚀作用。 This C8F17 dissolved in h paper mainly studies of metal corrosion inhibition performance and inhibition mechanism of ,ydrochloric acid. We studied of the metal corrosion rate ,the inhibition efficiency, the corrosion mechanism and the morphology of metal though static weight loss method, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, polarization curves, SEM and so on. By the method of static weight loss, it was found out that, in hydrochloric acid, the inhibition efficiency of CsF17 to Q235 steel is higher than 90%. Though electrochemical irapedance spectroscopy and polarization curves, the inhibition efficiency is higher than 90%. we found that the surface of the steel corroded in the inhibitor solution is smoother than that in blank test. Therefore, the amphoteric fluorocarbon surfactant can significantly prevent the corrosion of steel Q235 in hydrochloric acid
