摘要
为了研究C6H2KN3O7/KClO4/H2S点火药头质量对延期精度的影响,采用BQ—2Z爆破器材参数智能测试仪,对引火元件发火时间及三段和五段无起爆药毫秒延期电雷管延期时间进行测试,结果表明:在一定范围内,药头质量增加发火时间降低,发火时间精度提高;对于某新型铅丹-硅系无起爆药毫秒延期电雷管,延期时间随药头质量的增加而降低,延期精度呈先变高后较低的趋势,三段的最佳点火药头质量为22 mg,五段的最佳点火药头质量为23mg。
In order to study the quality of C6 H2 KN3 O7/HClO4/H2 S igniting head on delay precision , the article uses LGS -2A type millisecond detonator tester for ignition components ignition time and three sections and five paragraphs postpone non -primary explosive millisecond delay time for testing electric detonators .The results showed that :within a certain range ,the first drug to increase the quality of com‐bustion time decreases accuracy is improved ignition time ;for a new minimum silicon non-primary explo‐sive detonator MS Delay ,delay time with increasing quality and reducing drug head ,was postponed accu‐racy first goes high after lower trend ,the best point three segments fusehead quality 22mg ,five sections of the best point fusehead quality of 23mg.
