摘要
通过水合肼在还原氧化石墨烯(GO)的同时将聚乙烯醇(PVA)接枝到石墨烯(GN)表面得到GN-PVA复合物,采用红外光谱(IR)、热重分析(TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等手段对其结构进行表征。以PVA为基质、甘油为塑化剂,添加一定量的GN-PVA复合物,采用流延法制备塑化聚乙烯醇复合膜材料(GN-PVA/PVA),并对其进行表征和性能测试。结果表明,复合膜与聚乙烯醇具有良好的相容性,添加GN-PVA复合物可以提高复合膜的力学强度和导电性;同时降低水蒸气透过率,阻水性能变得更好,能够应用于防水材料等领域;紫外测试结果表明,复合膜材料对紫外光具有很好的屏蔽作用。
GN-PVA Composites were prepared by grafting polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)onto graphene(GN)surface while reducing graphene oxide(GO)with hydrazine hydrate.And their structures were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR),thermal gravimetric analysis(TG),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and so on.As a filler,a certain amount of GN-PVA were introduced into PVA matrix to obtain GN-PVA/PVA composite membrane by casting method and the performance of the composite membrane were tested and characterized.Results showed that the GN-PVA/PVA composite membrane had good compatibility with PVA.The mechanical strength and conductivity of composite membrane were improved with the addition of GN-PVA.Meanwhile,the water vapor transmittance was reduced and water resistance performance was improved,which meant GN-PVA/PVA composite membrane could be used as waterproof materials.UV Test results showed that,GN-PVA/PVA composite membrane had good shielding effect for UV light.
