高内相乳液聚合法制备薄层色谱分离板及其应用

摘要 以苯乙烯(St)、二乙烯基苯(BA)、丙烯酸丁酯为原料,Span80为乳化剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,氯化钙水溶液为分散相,通过高内相乳液聚合法制备薄层色谱分离板,并将其用于中药成分大黄素、大黄酚、丹参酮以及中药材川芎、虎杖及其混合物的鉴别。得到P(St-co-BA)薄层板的最佳制备条件为:70℃下反应24h,内相比为74%,乳化剂为10%Span80,共聚单体中加入20%的丙烯酸丁酯。鉴别实验表明,P(St-co-BA)薄层板分离重复性好,可重复使用。 In this paper,thin layer chromatography separation plate was prepared by high internal phase emulsion polymerization using styrene(St),divinylbenzene and butyl acrylate(BA)as raw materials,Span80 as an emulsifier,benzoyl peroxide as an initiator,and aqueous solution of calcium chloride as the dispersed phase.And it was applied to identify the Chinese medicine ingredients(emodin,chrysophanol,tanshinone)and Chinese herbs(Chuanxiong,Polygonum cuspidatum and their mixture).The optimal preparation conditions for P(St-coBA)thin layer plate were as follows:reacting at 70 ℃for 24 h,internal phase ratio of 74%,10% Span80 as the emulsifier and the addition of butyl acrylate in comonomer was 20%.The results showed that P(St-co-BA)thin layer plate could be reutilized with high repeatability.
