第四脑室菊形团形成胶质神经元肿瘤(rosetteforming glioneuronal tumor of the fourth ventricle,RGNT)是发生于第四脑室少见的良性神经元和混合性神经元-神经胶质肿瘤,由Komori等[1]于2002年首次提出,2016年WHO将其归类于混合性神经元-神经胶质肿瘤,WHO I级[2]。RGNT病变常位于第四脑室,也可发生于松果体区、脑干、
