高分子材料超声微泡的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 自1968年Gramiak等[1]首次报道将自制微泡应用于临床超声心动图检查以来,超声微泡的制备技术日益革新、应用研究不断扩大。目前所用超声微泡均由外膜和其包裹的气体所构成,直径均小于8μm,可通过肺毛细血管循环,在超声作用下被激发,产生较强的回波反射性能,从而增强组织回声,提高组织显影的清晰度。此外,微泡可作为一种靶向基因或药物治疗的载体,减小对周围正常组织的损伤,并增强肿瘤治疗效果。
