摘要
针对我国的公立医院绩效管理多停留在事后考核阶段和过分关注经济指标以及缺乏科学性的现状,在阐述了相关概念与理论的基础上,探讨了以BSC为架构的医院绩效管理体系的设计与应用,以战略为导向,结合医院的实际情况,将BSC的4个维度综合起来,设计出一套行之有效的医院绩效管理体系。
Considering that performance management of the public hospitals in China still stays in the stage of post examination,paying too much attention to the economic indicator and lack of scientific nature,the public hospitals must develop a performance management system based on the explanation of the relevant conception and theory. Guided by the strategy and based on the actual condition of hospitals,the public hospitals can design an effective performance management through combining four dimensions of BSC.
