摘要
青年创新的自我效能基因能够直观反映社会实践场域构建对青年大学生创新成功的影响。通过结构性访谈和问卷调查的方式,分析社会实践场域下影响创新效能基因的主要因素,并从创新教育目标体系、创新资源整合体系和创新项目导航体系着手,提出青年创新效能基因培育的对策与建议。
The self-efficacy gene of youth innovation can directly reflect the influence of the construction of social practice field on the innovation of young college students. Through structured interviews and questionnaires,this paper analyzes the main factors influencing the self-efficacy gene in the social practice field and puts forward some suggestions according to the objective system of innovative education,integration system of innovation resource and navigation system of innovative project.
