摘要
分析了某榴弹炮自动装填系统中的弹药限位器结构与传动原理,结合链式推弹机,设计了一种适用于迫击炮的自动弹仓弹药限位器。以推弹动作为动力,创新地应用了凸轮传动原理,解决了弹药限位器设计中关键的开闭锁问题。基于ADAMS对推弹过程进行了仿真分析,通过对关键构件转角和构件间的接触力曲线分析,论证了机构动作可行性和结构可靠性。
The physical construction and transmission principle of ammunition displacement stopper in a certain automatic howitzer are analyzed,and the similar device applied to mortar automatic magazine is designed based on features of mortar ammunition and chain shell pushing mechanism. The key point of lock-unlock problem is solved by creatively using the motion of shell pushing and the principles of cam drive. The rotation angles and contact forces curve of key parts are obtained from simulation analysis in ADAMS,the results show that the device is feasible and reliable.
