公司治理结构与经营效率的相关性分析——以盐城商业银行为例

近年来,伴随着经济的发展,商业银行对经济发展的作用日益显现,但也不难发现,商业银行的经营效率普遍较低,公司治理方面依然存在着很大的缺陷,特别是上市的商业银行,转型发展的要求尤为迫切。鉴于此,本文以盐城的上市商业银行作为研究对象,采用回归分析的方法对公司治理结构与经营效率的相关性进行分析,并基于公司治理结构视角提出推动上市商业银行经营效率提高的对策建议,进而更好对推动盐城上市商业银行快速平稳的发展。

In recent years, with the development of economy, the role of commercial banks on economic development is becoming more and more obvious. But it is not difficult to find that the operating efficiency of commercial banks is generally low, there are still a lot of defects in corporate governance, es- pecially listed commercial banks,transformation and develop- ment of the requirements is particularly urgent. In view of this, we take the listed banks in Yancheng as the research object, using the method of regression analysis to analyze the correlation between corporate governance structure and oper- ating efficiency,And based on the perspective of corporate governance to promote the efficiency of listed commercial banks to improve the operational efficiency of the counter- measures and suggestions, and to better promote the rapid and steady development of Yancheng listed commercial banks.
