摘要
随着多媒体和网络技术在教育中的应用和发展,技术性知识同学科知识和教学法知识一起,共同组成了信息化时代教师的核心专业能力。本研究采用案例研究法,通过观察外语教师基于交互式电子白板的互动教学过程,分析其互动教学能力的特征和发展规律。研究结果发现,外语教师利用交互式电子白板开展教学,需要具备一定的互动教学能力;教师互动教学能力具有个性化特征。通过设计有针对性的培训等干预活动,能够有效促进外语教师互动教学能力的发展和提升。
With the development and application of multi-media and network technology in the field of education, technological knowledge, combined with content knowledge and pedagogical knowledge has formed the core professional competence of teachers in the information age. In this research, case study has been adopted to analyze the characteristics and laws of foreign language teachers' interactive teaching competencesthrough observing the IWB-based interactive teaching process of a foreign language teacher. The results show that certain interactive teaching competences are necessary for foreign language teachers to conduct IWB-based interactive teaching. The interactive teaching competenees of foreign language teachers have personalized characteristics, and to design targeted interventions such as training can promote the development of foreign language teachers' interactive teaching competences effectively.
