摘要
传动装置是带式输送机的重要部件,在煤矿生产过程中,经常会出现滚筒包胶磨损、开裂,托辊筒皮磨透、转动卡死,输送带纵向撕裂、跑偏等一系列机械故障。文中分析了带式输送机传动装置的常见故障,以所得结果为基础,构建其故障树模型,并对其进行定性分析,为提高带式输送机传动装置机械结构的可靠性提供参考依据。
The transmission device is an important part of the belt conveyer, prone to a series of mechanical faults such as abrasion and cracking of roller bag, friction of roller, rotating jamming, longitudinal tearing or deflection of the con, veying belt during mine production. The paper analyzes common faults of the gearing device of the belt conveyer, develops a fault tree model based on the results, and performs qualitative analysis, providing reference for improving the reliability of the mechanical structure of the transmission device of the belt conveyer,
