摘要 结合门座起重机在港口服役期间回转支承的实际工况及常见故障损伤规律,对常用的三排滚柱式回转支承进行了疲劳分析研究。提出合理假设,分析了回转支承在门座起重机每个工作循环中的载荷谱。在赫兹接触理论和疲劳积累损伤理论的基础上,利用Ansys软件建立了回转支承的简化模型,并分析了其疲劳接触。利用Ansys中的FATIGUE分析模块,完成了在既定工况下的疲劳分析计算,进而得到了回转支承的预测寿命。据此,提出了一种与港机中传统回转支承寿命预测方法不同的数值计算方法。 Considering the actual working condition of the slewing bearing of the gantry crane and common faults and damage rules when the crane is in service at the port, fatigue analysis is made on the common three? row roller bearing. A reasonable assumption is made to analyze the load spectrum of the slewing beating of the gantry crane in each working cycle. Based on the Hertz contact theory and the cumulative fatigue damage theory, a simplified model of the slewing bearing is developed in Ansys, and the fatigue contact is analyzed. The FATIGUE analysis module in Ansys is used to calculate the fatigue analysis under existing working conditions to get the predicted service life of the slewing beating. Therefore, a numerical computation method different from the traditional life prediction method is put forward for the slewing beating of the port machinery.
