摘要
针对施工升降机在实施紧急救援过程中存在的诸多安全隐患,研究并设计一套施工升降机的远程紧急救援装置。在进行系统工作原理设计的基础上,完成系统硬件的选型及系统软件的设计。在控制系统中引入多点控制的同时,设计了全新的速度保护及时间保护的双重下降保护功能。实践证明施工升降机远程电动松闸紧急救援装置能有效克服以往救援方法中存在的弊端,能可靠控制施工升降机吊笼稳定的降落到安全位置,避免了救援过程中救援人员自身受到伤害的风险,提高了救援安全性,大大提高了救援效率,缩短了救援时间。
In view of safety hazards in the building hoist during emergency rescue, a set of remote rescue devices for the building hoist is studied and designed. Based on the design of the system working principles, the system hard disk is selected and the software is designed. While introducing multi-point control in the control system, the paper designs a double-dropping protection function for speed protection and time protection. Practice shows that the remote electric brake release emergency rescue device of the building hoist can effectively deal with disadvantages in rescue procedures, reliably control the lowering of the building hoist cage to safety positions, avoid injury risk of the rescue personnel during the rescue process, improve rescue safety, increase the rescue efficiency, and shorten the rescue time.
