摘要
岸电系统使用的电缆卷车用于港口电力的传输,岸电用电缆卷车在使用方式上,与常规的场桥用电缆卷车有不同,其容缆量小于50 m,收放缆的速度为固定值,卷筒的安装地点相对固定。卷车在进行设计时应注意,并应考虑电缆的拉力需实时检测,与岸电系统中的岸电屏及岸电箱等需进行安全联锁等因素,这样设计生产的卷车才能用于岸电系统。文中对各部件的设计进行了介绍,给出了设计要求和参数。
The cable reel used in the shore power system transmits power at the wharf. Different from the conventional cable reel for gantry cranes, the cable reel for shore power system has a cable-carrying capacity of less than 50m, the cable deploying and retracting speed remain constant, and the reel is installation in relatively fixed locations. It's noted that, during the design of the reel, the cable pulling force should be detected in real time and that the shore power panel and shore power cabinet in the shore power system require safety interlocking so that the reel can be used in the shore power system. The paper also introduces the design of each component, design requirements and parameters.
