摘要
介绍了一种基于扩频测距的塔式起重机群防碰撞系统,用以解决多台塔式起重机联合作业时防止碰撞的安全问题。该系统通过测量无线扩频信号发射和接收过程中的相位差,实现对塔式起重机群间距离的实时解算,主动进行距离预警,引导减速和调向以及限位操作,具有测量范围大、测量精度高、实时响应快等优点。
The paper introduces an anti-collision system of the tower crane based on the spread spectrum ranging,which can solve safety-related problems during the joint operation of multiple tower cranes such as collision. The system can calculate the spacing between tower cranes in real time, actively send distance warning, guide the deceleration, adjust the direction, and limit operation by measuring the phase difference between the sending and the receiving of wireless spreadspectrum signals with advantages of large measuring range, high measuring precision, and quick real-time response, etc.
